Which social networks does PingPingPost post to?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. YouTube, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, and Pinterest are coming soon.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Launch plan starts with a 7-day free trial when sign-up opens. You add a card to start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, we charge $39 each month. Until then, email us to request early access.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I schedule carousels and videos?
Yes, on all four networks. A post can have up to 10 images or one video. On Instagram and Facebook, a video posts as a Reel. Facebook Reels must be vertical and 60 seconds or shorter. Instagram and TikTok need an image or a video in every post.
How many social accounts can I connect?
The Launch plan includes 4 social accounts.
Which time zone does the calendar use?
Your own. Each member sees the calendar in their own time zone, and a post goes out at the same moment for everyone.
What is coming next?
